I have a Tour V2 and I cannot get more than 2 or 3 rounds of golf on a battery. These batteries are expensive and I would like to know if this is normal and if it is not, how do I get it repaired?

I purchased V2 3 weeks ago and it worked fine the first and second time I used it. Now it won't work very well on Pinseeker mode. It has a very difficult time catching the flag on distances over 100 Yds. I am sending it back for an exchange. I hope the replacement works better because the first time I used it I thought it was great.

same with mine. i called bushnell and they said they have never heard of this problem. ha ha ha

they told me to send it in. my dispute is why should i send it in, pay to send it there and also pay to get it back. i bought in good faith i thought a product that worked. not a product that has problems just to pay to get it fixed.

if bushnell was a good company , they would take care of my range finder without any cost

Steven,
I'm sorry to hear about your problem with the Tour V2. Have you tried contacting Bushnell Support? http://www.bushnell.com/customer_service/us_repair.cfm

The Tour V2 should be covered under the warranty since its only 4 months old.
Good Luck.

My V2 rangefinder display on partially displays the yardage number. I installed a new battery to no avail. The display shows two dots where the number should be displayed. Is there a way to troubleshoot this problem. The unit was purchased new 4 months ago.
