Aaron Baddeley (12-under 272) won his third career PGA Tour event, defeating Vijay Singh by 2 strokes to win the 2011 Northern Trust Open at Riviera Country Club. This is Baddeley’s first victory in four years after winning the Waste Management Phoenix Open in 2007.
“It’s definitely been a couple of long years, but it was worth every bit,” Baddeley said. “I really feel that the last couple years is actually what made it easier today … the character that was just built in me.”
